Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QMSkills, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and PRADEEP KUMAR GANGI, the owner and operator of QMSkills.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use QMSkills. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you meet these eligibility requirements.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or exhibit suspicious activity.

Account registration requires a valid email address. You may not create accounts through automated means or impersonate another person or entity.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use QMSkills only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include:

Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempting to access, probe, or scan systems without authorization
Using the platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
Interfering with the platform's operation or other users' access
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code
Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platform
Uploading content that infringes on third-party intellectual property

AI Generated Content

QMSkills uses artificial intelligence to assist with resume content generation, enhancement, and analysis. AI-generated content is provided as assistance only and should not be relied upon as definitive or error-free.

AI Disclaimer: AI-generated content is provided as assistance only. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing all generated resumes, summaries, ATS suggestions, and career content before using them in any application or professional context. QMSkills does not guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers.

AI suggestions may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or be inappropriate for certain contexts. You are responsible for exercising professional judgment and verifying the accuracy of all content generated through the platform.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

The accuracy and completeness of all information you enter into the platform
How you present yourself through generated resumes and content
Compliance with any applicable laws regarding resume content and job applications
Reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use
Any consequences resulting from content created using the platform

Resume Accuracy

QMSkills provides tools to help format and generate resume content, but we do not verify the accuracy, truthfulness, or completeness of information you provide. You represent that all information in your resumes is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or education may have legal consequences.

ATS Scanner Disclaimer

ATS Disclaimer: ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility scores and keyword analysis provided by QMSkills are estimates only. Different employers use different Applicant Tracking Systems, each with unique parsing algorithms, scoring criteria, and configurations. Scores and suggestions provided are informational only and do not guarantee how any specific employer's ATS will process your resume.

The ATS Scanner is designed to provide general guidance and keyword matching against job descriptions. It should not be relied upon as a definitive assessment of your resume's compatibility with any specific employer's hiring system.

Third-party Services

QMSkills integrates with third-party services including:

Firebase (Google) — Authentication, data storage, and cloud infrastructure.
AI Providers — Including NVIDIA NIM, OpenRouter, and other configured providers for AI-powered features.
PDF Libraries — Client-side PDF generation libraries.

We are not responsible for the availability, privacy practices, or security of third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of QMSkills, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the platform at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

Intellectual Property

The QMSkills platform, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is the intellectual property of PRADEEP KUMAR GANGI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.

Your resume content and personal information remain your property. By using the platform, you grant us the limited right to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QMSkills and PRADEEP KUMAR GANGI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform or any content generated through it.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the platform during the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is made.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, is harmful to the platform or other users, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Privacy

Your use of QMSkills is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes through the platform or via email. Your continued use of QMSkills after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Development Disclosure

QMSkills was developed using modern AI-assisted software development techniques ("vibe coding") together with human design, engineering decisions, testing, and validation. AI-assisted development does not reduce our commitment to software quality, user privacy, or security. Every component undergoes human review and testing before deployment.
